This 90-minute training session focuses on the compromised running portion of HYROX racing, designed to get you competition-ready! Whether you’re preparing for an upcoming HYROX race or maintaining peak form during the off-season, this session will enhance your running endurance, speed, and fitness.

This 60-minute session combines functional strength exercises designed to help you perfect your strength and technique, getting you race-ready for your next HYROX competition. Focused on building power, endurance, and correct form, this session is ideal for athletes aiming to improve their performance and tackle the physical demands of HYROX events with confidence.

These specific sessions are based around Olympic weightlifting movements such as Cleans and Snatches. Designed for all fitness levels, focusing on technique and power development.
